When we’re called upon to design a luxury waterfront home, we always look to elaborate on the shape, spaces and volumes of the property in a manner which allows it to accentuate the setting. The spaces we’ll create for you will flow into one another almost organically, albeit with each space having its own identity and particular relationship with the environment beyond its boundary. The team at Claudio Modola loves blurring the boundary between inside and out. During the design process, we’ll utilise as much natural light as possible, and filter that light to create ever-changing shadows and moods for the private spaces within your home. We do this via careful selection of reflective and transparent materials, varying ceiling heights, levels and tiers to maximise views, and the use of bespoke architectural features. A waterfront home shouldn’t be a ‘glass box show piece’ – it should be a home designed with passion and respect for the environment that surrounds it. - Authority liaison and approval acquisitions
- Site monitoring and reporting during the construction and fit-out phase
- Procurement of specialist ID finishes, furniture, accessories and artwork
- Dressing of property for turnkey handover
