Claudio Modola Design Villa on Meraas Development Jumeirah Bay Island 2 wins “Best Single Residence Dubai 2019 / 2020.

Claudio Modola Design is delighted to announce that it’s private villa project “Bayt Singué Sabour on Meraas Development Jumeirah Bay Island 2 has been awarded “Best Architecture Single Residence, Dubai 2019 / 2020” award at the Dubai, Africa & Arabia Property Awards, held at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square on the 12^th June.  

Claudio Modola Design competed against the best property professionals in Dubai to be recognised in the prominent category.  At the same event is was also announced that the villa has been nominated to represent Dubai in the regional competition for the coveted “Best Architecture Single Residence Arabia” awards to be held at the Savoy Hotel in London in early December 2019. If successful, the villa will go onto to represent the entire region in the World’s Best competition competing against other private villas from different continents.

The Dubai, Africa & Arabia Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.

The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.

The Awards are in their 26^th year and cover over 45 different residential and commercial categories. Regional heats are staged for Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific.

The Dubai, Africa & Arabia Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions.
